Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

ImgPivot doesn't require an account. We don't ask for your name, email address or any other personal details to use the tools.

The only data we process is:

• The image and PDF files you upload for conversion.
• Anonymous usage data (browser type, device, pages viewed) collected through Google Analytics to help us improve the site.
• Standard server logs (such as IP address and request time), kept for security and to diagnose errors.

2. How long your files are kept

Files you upload are deleted from our server about 20 seconds after the conversion finishes, whether it succeeded or not. Converted files are kept only so you can download them and are deleted automatically within about 15 minutes. We don't keep backups, look at the content of your files, or share them with anyone.

Some tools (for example Image to Base64) run entirely in your browser; with those, your file is never uploaded at all.

3. Cookies and third-party services

The site uses Google services that may set cookies in your browser:

• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager: anonymous traffic and usage measurement.
• Google AdSense: ads that keep the site free. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time. 4. Security

Files are transferred over encrypted HTTPS connections. Conversion happens on our own server, and files are deleted on the schedule described in section 2.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, and to object to its processing. Because we don't keep accounts or store your files beyond the times above, there's usually nothing for us to hand over or delete, but you're welcome to contact us with any request. We don't sell personal data.

6. Children

ImgPivot isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this policy as the site or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
