1. Acceptance of terms

By using ImgPivot you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The service

ImgPivot provides free online tools for converting and editing images and PDFs, with no account required. The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

3. Your responsibilities

• Only upload files that you own or have the right to use. Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes copyright, is sexually explicit or violent, or harms anyone else.
• You're responsible for the files you upload and for how you use the results.
• Don't use the tools to attack or overload the service, or to scrape data from the site.

4. File storage

Converted files are stored only temporarily so you can download them (see the Privacy Policy for how long). Please download your results promptly. We don't keep backups and aren't responsible for files that are deleted before you download them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ImgPivot isn't liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from using or being unable to use the service, including data loss, service interruptions or inaccurate conversion results.

6. Advertising

The site may show ads from Google AdSense and other advertising partners to keep the service free. Ad content comes from those partners and doesn't represent the views of ImgPivot.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after changes are published means you accept the new terms.
